В Минской области ученик 11 класса в соцсети "ВКонтакте" шантажировал несовершеннолетнюю распространением ее интимных фотографий. В милицию обратились родители девушки с просьбой привлечь злоумышленника к ответственности. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба МВД.
Оперативники выяснили, что парень купил в интернете аккаунт, где зарегистрировался под чужим именем. Зашел в группу непристойного содержания и стал шантажировать девушку, на которую фигуранту пришла наводка. За неразглашение сведений он требовал 70 рублей.
В отношении школьника возбуждено уголовное дело по ч. 1 ст. 208 УК (Вымогательство). Наказание по первой части этой статьи предусматривает штраф, исправительные работы, ограничение или лишение свободы на срок до пяти лет.
В главном управлении Уголовного розыска МВД Беларуси отмечают, что количество вымогательств с использованием интимных изображений растет. На сегодня зарегистрировано 58 случаев вымогательства, из которых 42 – в интернете.
В 2019 году жертвами подобных преступных действий чаще всего становились мужчины – 62%, как правило, в возрасте от 17 до 30 лет. Среди женщин этот показатель ниже – 38%, преимущественно девушки от 16 до 23 лет.
Вне зависимости, чем шантажируют – перепиской, фотографиями или видео, такие действия всегда являются уголовно наказуемыми. Преступление считается оконченным с момента предъявления требований и высказывания угроз распространить сведения, которые человек желает сохранить в тайне.
