Двое жителей Минской области стали фигурантами уголовного дела. Один делал интимные снимки и высылал в Сети, а получатель (выдававший себя за девушку) занимался шантажом — но тоже попался на «клубничке». Об этом сообщает пресс-служба областной милиции.
В милицию поступила информация о том, что 35-летний житель Молодечно распространяет откровенные фото в социальной сети.
Оказалось, история началась еще в 2015 году. Житель Молодечно наткнулся на аккаунт под именем девушки и начал общение. Через какое-то время он выслал интимное фото, а в ответ девушка начала вымогать деньги — иначе снимок увидят все друзья и знакомые.
Мужчина тут же удалил свою страницу и зарегистрировался заново. Потом он объяснял, что на фото не он сам, просто взял из интернета — но это не освободило его от ответственности за распространение порнографии. Сейчас расследуется дело по ч. 2 ст. 343 УК, за что ему грозит от 2 до 4 лет лишения свободы. Кроме того, у него нашли еще одну страничку в соцсетях с интимными «гифками».
Нашла милиция и того человека, который вымогал деньги под видом девушки. Это оказался житель Логойска, который по такой же легенде общался с еще десятком дам для виртуальных утех. Теперь он тоже фигурант уголовного дела о распространении порнографии.
