Министерство юстиции РФ готовит ряд изменений. В правительстве предлагают опубликовать список случаев, не являющихся правонарушением в рамках антикоррупционных требований. На портале проектов нормативно-правовых актов размещено соответствующее уведомление.
В документе указано, что в разработке норм задействованы представители Минтруда, МВД, Генпрокуратуры и Следственного комитета. Если нарушение произошло «вследствие обстоятельств непреодолимой силы», его не станут считать коррупционным.
В уведомлении говорится, что в силу объективных причин и обстоятельств соблюдение требований в целях противодействия коррупции невозможно. Для этих случаев предусмотрено освобождение от ответственности.
Согласно действующему законодательству, оценивать коррупционные правонарушения обязаны комиссии по соблюдению требований к служебному поведению.
