9 августа Минский областной суд вынес приговор за жестокое убийство пенсионеров в деревне Горуни Березинского района в феврале этого года, сообщает пресс-служба суда.
Вечером 24 февраля в одном из домов в деревне Горуни нашли тела двух пенсионеров: 68-летнего мужчины и его 66-летней жены. Подозреваемым оказался 37-летний житель Борисовского района, бывший односельчанин. С ним за три года до трагедии, как узнала милиция, у супругов случился конфликт, и старая обида его подтолкнула на убийство, когда он был пьян.
Как следует из приговора, женщина получила не менее 5 ударов, а ее муж — не менее 10 ударов разными предметами, в том числе чем-то острым и молотком. Оба пенсионера скончались на месте.
За убийство двух человек с особой жестокостью фигуранта приговорили к 23 годам лишения свободы в колонии усиленного режима.
«В соответствии с ч. 1 ст. 107 УК в отношении обвиняемого применены принудительные меры безопасности и лечения от хронического алкоголизма», — добавили в суде.
Приговор еще не вступил в силу и может быть обжалован.
