Мужчина в соцсети представился генералом американской армии. Говорил, что служит в Ливии, планирует уйти в отставку и провести остаток жизни со своей возлюбленной в тихой и уютной Беларуси.
Воодушевленная женщина в какой-то момент получила очередное сообщение от «генерала»: тот писал, что отправил ей посылку с 1,5 млрд долларов — чтобы обеспечить ей и себе королевскую жизнь на пенсии. Но вот, мол, беда: на украинской границе задержали человека, который должен был передать посылку — и теперь за «ящик денег» таможне нужно заплатить 750 долларов или его конфискуют. Все денежные операции мужчина рекомендовал проводить через банк.
Ситуация показалась женщине странной — и переводить деньги она отказалась. А потом обратилась в милицию, чтобы предупредить о таком способе развода.
Милиция провела проверку, установила, что «американский генерал» писал ей из-за границы — и решила еще раз предупредить всех о необходимости быть очень осторожными, затевая подобные романтические знакомства в Сети.
