Британский ресурс Сomparitech, специализирующийся на компьютерной и сетевой безопасности, провел исследование кибербезопасности в 60 странах, в список которых попала и Беларусь.

В своем исследовании ресурс проанализировал несколько критериев, каждый из которых имел одинаковый вес при подведении итогов:
- процент мобильных телефонов, зараженных вредоносным ПО;
- процент компьютеров, зараженных вредоносным ПО;
- количество атак, направленных на кражу денег с банковских счетов пользователей;
- процент атак вида Telnet (метод, используемый преступниками для принуждения пользователей к загрузке вредоносных программ);
- процент атак со стороны криптомайнеров;
- оценка стран с точки зрения законодательной базы.
Наименее кибербезопасной страной назвали Алжир, далее следуют Индонезия, Вьетнам, Танзания и Узбекистан. В топ-10 стран с худшей кибербезопасностью попала и Беларусь, которая расположилась на восьмой строчке рейтинга (чем выше к первому месту, тем хуже). В частности, в Беларуси специалисты Сomparitech зафиксировали высокий процент вредоносного ПО на смартфонах и компьютерах пользователей (соответственно 9,33% и 31,1%).
Для сравнения: Украина находится на десятом месте в рейтинге, Латвия — на 31-м, Россия — на 38-м, Польша — на 40-м. Самой безопасной страной с точки зрения киберугроз признали Японию, за которой следуют Франция, Канада, Дания и США.
