Завершено расследование уголовного дела в отношении бывшего генерального директора ОАО «Приборостроительный завод «Оптрон». По версии следствия, он получал взятки при пособничестве начальника службы безопасности и охраны общества, сообщили в Следственном комитете.

По данным следствия, 13 февраля этого года директор предприятия, находясь на рабочем месте, получил от руководителя другого столичного предприятия в качестве взятки более 20 тысяч долларов за благоприятное решение вопросов, входивших в его компетенцию.
В ходе расследования установлено, что в декабре 2018 года обвиняемый путем вымогательства получил от директора частного предприятия в качестве взятки более восьми тысяч рублей.
По данным ведомства, в обоих случаях директор получал незаконное вознаграждение при пособничестве начальника службы безопасности и охраны общества.
Действия бывшего гендиректора квалифицированы по ч. 2, 3 ст. 430 Получение взятки в особо крупном размере) УК. Начальнику службы безопасности и охраны общества предъявлено обвинение по ч. 6 ст. 16, ч. 3 ст. 430 (Пособничество в получении взятки, в особо крупном размере) УК.
Обвиняемые находятся под стражей. Уголовное дело передано прокурору для направления в суд. На имущество обвиняемых на общую сумму более 85 тысяч рублей наложен арест.
Силовики отмечают: согласно примечанию к статье 431 УК лицо, давшее взятку, освобождается от уголовной ответственности, если в отношении его имело место вымогательство взятки, либо если это лицо после дачи взятки добровольно заявило о содеянном.
Напомним, о задержании директора ОАО «Приборостроительный завод «Оптрон» стало известно 13 февраля. Его задержали с поличным во время получения более 23 тысяч долларов. По оперативной информации, это была пятая часть суммы, которую требовал руководитель исключительно в иностранной валюте. О том, что дело также возбуждено в отношении начальника службы безопасности и охраны завода «Оптрон» сообщили на следующий день.
