Председатель совета директоров группы компаний Fenox Global Group Виталий Арбузов, которого задерживали в связи с подозрением в осуществлении противоправной деятельности, связанной с уклонением от уплаты налогов, а также неправомерным получением из бюджета НДС, обратился к президенту с просьбой освободить его от уголовной ответственности. Об этом рассказал генеральный прокурор Беларуси Александр Конюк.
— Арбузов недавно обратился к президенту по ст. 88−1 УК (Освобождение от уголовной ответственности в связи с добровольными возмещением причиненного ущерба (вреда), уплатой дохода, полученного преступным путем. — Прим. TUT.BY). Мы ждем, какое решение будет принято по нему, — заявил Александр Конюк.
Арбузов был задержан в марте 2017 года по подозрению в осуществлении с 2010 года противоправной деятельности, связанной с уклонением от уплаты налогов, а также неправомерным получением из бюджета НДС. В частности, сообщал КГК, подконтрольные ему белорусские предприятия, во-первых, завышали в разы стоимость импортируемой продукции, что позволяло им увеличивать затраты и уменьшать налогооблагаемую базу для уплаты налогов. Во-вторых, реализовывая в Беларуси, России, Украине продукцию за наличный расчет, они оформляли документы на экспорт товаров по заниженной цене, что позволяло не только занижать выручку, но и возвращать из бюджета НДС. Приобретенные товары реализовывались также в адрес крупных промышленных предприятий в Беларуси, МАЗа, МЗКТ, «Пеленга», а также в России, что впоследствии влияло на стоимость производимой ими продукции.
В мае 2018 года ему изменили меру пресечения, он вышел на свободу, за него поручились один крупный чиновник и один бизнесмен.
В СИЗО до сих пор остается замначальника отдела закупок компаний Fenox Андрей Мишелутов. Он находится под стражей больше года и вину не признает.
По словам генпрокурора, если вопрос решится по Виталию Арбузову, то будет решен и вопрос с Андреем Мишелутовым.
