Охотник из города Штайнфурт в немецкой земле Северный Рейн — Вестфалия требует через суд Мёнхенгладбаха вернуть ему деньги за неудачную охоту на лося под Шкловом. По словам истца, трофей оказался не таким крупным, как он рассчитывал, сообщает Die Welt со ссылкой на dpa. Всего охотник заплатил за поездку в Беларусь 3800 евро, в том числе 1500 евро — предоплата за рога массой 6 кг.

Процесс начался 13 сентября, решение должно быть вынесено 27 сентября. Как заявил судья, согласно договору, истец имел право отстрелить лося. Такое право ему было предоставлено, поэтому договор исполнен и жалоба необоснованная. Сам гражданин утверждает, что не смог застрелить зверя (не попал), поэтому специалист по охотничьим путешествиям из Мёнхенгладбаха, против которого подан иск, должен вернуть 1500 евро. Лось был небольшим, и, если бы удалось добыть его, а не крупного зверя, организатор поездки компенсировал бы 500 евро.
Ответчик заявил, что зверь был застрелен, его нашел уже мертвым загонщик в болотистой местности. Охотнику был отправлен пакет с добычей, но тот отказался его принять, заявив, что это рога не «его» лося: в пакете они были спицеобразные, а не лопатообразные.
Как сообщает телеканал WDR, поездку в Беларусь истец со своим товарищем совершил в сентябре 2017 года. Договор предусматривал также, что в случае удачной охоты на лося гражданин Германии имел право бесплатно добыть бобра, однако он этого не сделал.
