Российский футболист Павел Мамаев отказался от двухместной камеры и перешел в 12-местную, чтобы играть в футбол в СИЗО «Бутырка».
Ответственный секретарь Общественной Наблюдательной Комиссии по Москве Иван Мельников рассказал, что Мамаев отказался от двухместной камеры «в ущемление своих прав». Дело в том, что согласно регламенту возможность заняться спортом есть только у заключенных в больших камерах. Ради тренировок во дворе СИЗО Мамаев решил перейти в 12-местную камеру «Бутырки», пишет «Р-Спорт».
«Видно, что футбол для него много значит», — охарактеризовал поступок Мамаева Мельников.
В середине февраля 2019 года Мамаев провел матч с другими заключенными и благодаря этому получил возможность поздравить свою жену Алану с Днем святого Валентина.
