Медиков попросили не назначать лекарства от кашля c фенспиридом, сообщает издание sputnik.by. В продаже их нет уже с февраля 2019 года. Речь в том числе об известном лекарстве «Эреспал», которое, как оказалось, может быть опасным для сердца и вызвать аритмию.

На сайте Центра экспертиз и испытаний в здравоохранении Беларуси разъясняют, что лекарства от кашля с фенспиридом не будут продавать в странах ЕС из-за риска развития внезапных серьезных нарушений сердечного ритма. Пациентам советуют прекратить принимать эти препараты и обратиться к врачу, который при необходимости назначит альтернативу.
Фенспирид есть в лекарствах «Инспирон» (сироп и таблетки), «Сиресп» (сироп), «Фенспирид» (сироп и таблетки), «Эреспал» (сироп и таблетки). Их назначали для лечения кашля, ларингита, бронхита, ринофарингита и при терапии бронхиальной астмы.
Риск развития нарушений сердечного ритма есть только во время приема фенспиридсодержащих лекарств. Врачам рекомендуют не назначать пациентам эти препараты.
Комитет по оценке рисков Европейского медицинского агентства (PRAC EMA) рекомендует отозвать или аннулировать регистрационные удостоверения фенспиридсодержащих лекарств.
«Вопрос о приостановке и последующем прекращении действия регистрационных удостоверений фенспиридсодержащих лекарственных средств будет вынесен на заседание комиссии по лекарственным средствам и фармацевтическим субстанциям Министерства здравоохранения Беларуси», — говорится в сообщении.
Напомним, в феврале 2019 года Минздрав приостановил продажу и применение популярного лекарства «Эреспал» и других препаратов, которые содержат фенспирид. Сообщалось, что исследования показали: лекарство может быть опасным для сердца — вызвать аритмию. Ранее фенспиридсодержащие лекарства по той же причине запретили во Франции. В интересах безопасности пациентов компания Les Laboratoires Servier отозвала с рынка лекарственные средства.
