Корпорация Microsoft работает над операционной системой под кодовым названием Windows Lite. Об этом пишет The Verge.

Скорее всего, Windows Lite создается с прицелом на устройства, оснащенные двумя экранами. Такие уже есть у Intel и некоторых других производителей. Кроме того, с помощью Windows Lite компания сможет конкурировать с устройствами Chromebook.

Точная дата, когда такая операционка может быть представлена, пока неизвестна. Но в The Verge пишут, что обычно анонс подобных продуктов проходит на фирменной конференции Microsoft — Build. Как правило, она проходит в Сиэтле в начале мая.
