52-летний минчанин 10 лет брал у людей деньги под предлогом доставки машин из-за границы или же занимал на строительство жилья для сына. Машины клиенты так и не получили, деньги минчанин им также не вернул.
«Мужчина, который занимался приобретением автомобилей за границей с 2008 года, брал денежные средства для доставки авто. Однако ни автомобилей, ни денежных средств клиенты не увидели. Кроме того, мужчина занимал деньги и у своих знакомых, но уже под другим предлогом. Например, говорил, что деньги нужны для строительства квартиры сыну. Данной схемой мужчина пользовался около 10 лет. Первое время обещал долги вернуть, однако потом на связь не выходил», — сообщили в ГУВД Мингорисполкома.
От его действий пострадали более 10 человек. Общая сумма ущерба составила более 150 тысяч долларов.
Возбуждено уголовное дело по ч. 4 ст. 209 УК (Мошенничество). Санкция данной части статьи предусматривает наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок от трех до десяти лет с конфискацией имущества.
