В столице женщина обокрала пенсионера, вместе с которым жила, а после этого уехала отдыхать в Италию с подругой. Подробности сообщает ГУВД Мингорисполкома.

В мае 2018 года 38-летняя минчанка похитила 5100 долларов у 66-летнего пенсионера, с которым сожительствовала. Эту идею минчанке предложила ее 45-летняя подруга, которой любовница пенсионера передала большую часть денег. После кражи женщины съездили отдохнуть на сбережения сожителя в Италию.

Когда мужчина обнаружил пропажу, женщины отказались возвращать сбережения. Теперь они обе задержаны и находятся в ИВС.

В отношении подозреваемых возбуждено уголовное дело по ч.3 ст. 205 (Кража). Санкция этой части статьи предусматривает максимальное наказание в виде лишения свободы сроком до семи лет с конфискацией либо без конфискации имущества.
