Минский офис владельца Aerobilet: мы вернули пассажирам «Белавиа» деньги

Туристические агентства, оформившие билеты для своих пассажиров через систему IATI, и их клиенты не пострадали, говорит директор минского представительства компании aerobilet.ru Инна Конюхова. Сотрудники белорусского офиса лично, вручную проверили все рейсы «Белавиа» и произвели возврат средств. Таких билетов было около 20 из 4000, пишет dev.by.

Авиакомпания «Белавиа» аннулировала все билеты, приобретенные через сайт aerobilet.ru, поскольку не получила за них деньги. Права на aerobilet.ru принадлежат турецкой компании IATI. Директор офиса компании в Минске Инна Конюхова отметила, что они сами плохо информированы о том, что происходит «на турецкой стороне» — и попросили головной офис в Анталии дать исчерпывающие разъяснения.

— Белорусский офис тоже работает с агентствами — они бронируют билеты через систему IATI. Когда появились новости о проблемах, возникших у пользователей, забронировавших билеты через сайт aerobilet.ru, мы лично, вручную перепроверили все рейсы «Белавиа». Оказалось, что часть билетов, проданных через нашу систему, также была аннулирована. Мы произвели возврат средств за все эти билеты — в полном объеме, без удержаний. Самих билетов, как оказалось, было около 20.

Инна Конюхова не стала комментировать заявление гендиректора «Белавиа» Анатолия Гусарова о миллионом ущербе.

Напомним, на прошлой неделе появились новости о том, что авиакомпания «Белавиа» отправляет пассажирам уведомления, что их билеты, приобретенные через сайт aerobilet.ru аннулированы, поскольку авиакомпания не получила за них деньги. Права на российский сайт принадлежат турецкой компании IATI, долги которой оценивают в 52 млн долларов. Свои потери «Белавиа» оценивает в сумму около 1 млн долларов, пострадало 4 тысячи пассажиров белорусской авиакомпании. Гендиректор «Белавиа» Анатолий Гусаров подчеркнул, что с российским сервисом aerobilet.ru договорных отношений у авиакомпании не было.
