Далтон Вонг, тренер получившей «Оскар» Оливии, рассказал, что знаменитость отдала предпочтение кардиозанятиям. Он контролировал выполнение трех видов нагрузок: спринтерские «забеги», умеренный темп, при котором сердцебиение остается обычным, а также ускоренный ритм, когда фиксируются высокие показатели пульса.
Последний вид занятий предусматривал работу мышц продолжительностью в 20 секунд на самом пределе возможностей. Каждую неделю звезда упражнялась для поддержания гибкости и хорошей осанки.
В итоге это принесло ожидаемый эффект – после съемок «Фаворитки» Колман сбросила почти 16 кг. Сама она рассказала, что с Вонгом стала иначе относиться к физическим нагрузкам и своему рациону. Это позволило почувствовать уверенность.
«Далтон изменил мой взгляд на фитнес и питание», – заявила Оливия в беседе с представителями прессы.
