11 января в Бресте огласили приговор 34-летнему россиянину, который обвинялся в незаконном хранении, перевозке и перемещении через границу кокаина.

В прошлом году предприниматель из России, который проживает в Московской области, отдыхал в одной из стран Евросоюза. Домой возвращался на личном автомобиле через пункт пропуска «Брест» на польско-белорусской границе. Во время досмотра у него обнаружили чуть больше одной сотой грамма кокаина. Мужчину задержали и возбудили уголовное дело.

В суде обвиняемый свою вину признал. Он сообщил, что за границей употреблял наркотики и перед пересечением границы «забыл выбросить» остатки.

«Суд Московского района Бреста признал мужчину виновным в незаконном хранении и перевозке особо опасного наркотического средства, а также в его незаконном перемещении через границу», — сообщил TUT.BY брестский транспортный прокурор Валерий Королюк.

Обвиняемому назначили пять лет лишения свободы в колонии усиленного режима. Автомобиль стоимостью более 39 тысяч белорусских рублей конфискован как средство совершения преступления.

Приговор не вступил в законную силу и может быть обжалован.
