Минкомсвязи предлагает легализовать технологию eSim. Она позволит без сим-карт и явки к операторам подключать услуги связи, сообщают «Ведомости».
В ведомстве считают, что внесение изменений в законодательство для использования данной технологии не требуется. По их словам, планируется применение модуля идентификации абонента, как и в случае обычной сим-карты.
В справке министерства указано, что декларации соответствия мобильного устройства требованиям использования средств связи в РФ достаточно для функционирования с eSim. Аппарат сможет работать на российских сотовых сетях.
Внедрению eSim в России препятствуют ряд норм. Правила предписывают при переносе номера от оператора к оператору менять сим-карту. В этом случае возникают трудности, поскольку процедура переноса номера пока не урегулирована, извлечь eSim нельзя.
ЕSim – модуль, встроенный в смартфон, планшет или умные часы. Функционал заменяет обычную сим-карту. Для соответствующего подключения с eSim к сотовой сети можно не вставлять дополнительные устройства.
