Уже более 30 человек с рецессией (опусканием) десны в Беларуси пролечили с помощью стволовых клеток. И таких людей в нашей стране более 10% среди тех, у кого есть болезни периодонта — а их примерно 94% белорусов в возрасте 34−44 лет.
Технология лечения рецессии десны разработана стоматологами совместно с Институтом биофизики и клеточной инженерии Национальной академией наук.
— Рецессия — это опускание десны, уменьшение ее объема. У некоторых пациентов возникают черные треугольники — когда десна уходит и мы видим эти промежутки между зубами, — объясняет Сергей Рубникович, заведующий кафедрой ортопедической стоматологии и ортодонтии с курсом детской стоматологии БелМАПО, доктор медицинских наук, профессор.
Одна из основных причин возникновения рецессии десны — неправильная горизонтальная чистка зубов. Зубы нужно чистить выметающими движениями от десневого края к верхушке зуба — «от красного к белому».
Суть лечения рецессии десны стволовыми клетками в том, что в стерильных условиях у пациента из жировой ткани в подвздошной области шприцем делают забор 10−12 мм жира. До этой процедуры пациента тщательно обследуют, потому что противопоказаниями могут быть, например, заболевания щитовидной железы или онкологические процессы. Из жира выделяют стволовые клетки, затем этот биоматериал смешивают с коллагеновым гелем и вводят пациенту в мягкие ткани в области десны.
— Сегодня эта методика уже апробирована более чем на 30 пациентах. Этим пациентам провели лечение в рамках научного проекта, средства на него выделило государство. Сейчас у нас около пяти-семи пациентов, у которых есть показания к проведению данного мероприятия, но все эти операции будут делать на платной основе. Пока себестоимость процедуры — 600−800 рублей. Сегодня идет работа по уменьшению цены: если операция станет массовой, то и цена станет меньше.
Рецессию десны можно лечить и другими методами. Однако у них меньшая эффективность: через год-два болезнь может вернуться.
— Применение стволовых клеток менее травматично для пациента и дает более быстрый и эстетичный эффект, — говорит Андрей Матвеев, главврач Республиканской клинической стоматологической поликлиники.
Если медики увидят, что лечение стволовыми клетками помогает пациенту забыть о рецессии десны на пять-семь лет, то эту технологию планируют использовать в каждом стоматологическом отделении страны.
— В мире есть такие технологии, но все они отличаются вариантами создания биоинженерной конструкции. Использование стволовых клеточных технологий за рубежом — дорогостоящая процедура. Стоимость лечения болезни периодонта в России начинается от 1,5−2 тысяч долларов, — говорит Сергей Рубникович.
