В Беларуси появилась первая рота информационных технологий. В новое подразделение вооруженных сил набрали 40 человек, их служба будет непосредственно связана с программированием.

Молодые люди, которым по закону предстояло пойти в армию, могли добровольно предложить свою кандидатуру для службы в ИТ-роте. По сообщению Министерства обороны, конкурс в новое подразделение составил восемь человек на место.

Среди них выбрали призывников с высшим техническим образованием по ИТ-специальности, которые проявили наибольшую заинтересованность в службе в роте информационных технологий. В итоге к службе в новом подразделении приступили 40 человек.

Новобранцы уже прошли курс начальной военной подготовки, выполнили упражнения стрельб и приняли военную присягу. Сейчас у них продолжается общевойсковая подготовка, после они приступят к выполнению задач по предназначению.

«Задачи военнослужащих нового подразделения будут связаны непосредственно с программированием», — подчеркивают в Министерстве обороны.

ИТ-рота сформирована на базе Военной академии Беларуси. Среди проектов, которыми занимается учреждение, ключевое значение имеют те, что связаны с моделированием военных действий, навигационным обеспечением, разработкой автоматизированных систем управления и радиолокации.
