В России вступили в силу новые правила идентификации в приложениях для обмена сообщениями.
С 5 мая 2019 года в Рунете вступили в силу новые правила, утвержденные премьер-министром Дмитрием Медведевым в октябре 2018 года. Теперь администрация мессенджеров обязана пересылать запрос о новом пользователе сотовому оператору. Тот же в течение 20 минут должен подтвердить личность пользователя, указанную ранее при получении сим-карты. В результате упразднена привычная отправка пользователю кодов в СМС, которые ранее вводились в мессенджеры для аутентификации. Мессенджер теперь взаимодействует напрямую с операторами сотовой связи, передают «РИА Новости».
Пользователь не сможет получить доступ к приложению, если оператор не ответит за 20 минут или же не найдет в своей базе данных о пользователе. Такое может произойти при попытке авторизации через «серую» сим-карту. В любом случае, можно попытаться авторизоваться заново с помощью другого номера сотового телефона. В базу данных сотового оператора попадет информация о том, каким приложением пользуется абонент.
Если администрация приложения для обмена сообщениями нарушит новые правила, то ее могут оштрафовать нас сумму до 1 млн рублей, а также заблокировать в Рунете. Тем пользователям, кто уже давно авторизовался в мессенджерах, проходить идентификацию заново не нужно.
