В Могилеве неизвестные убили собаку и оставили ее подвешенной на дереве в людном месте. «Труп висит уже третьи сутки», — рассказала TUT.BY Инна Хитрикова, сын которой обнаружил убитого пса, когда выгуливал свою собаку. Могилевчане собираются обращаться к коммунальникам и, возможно, в милицию, чтобы нашли и наказали убийцу животного.

У Инны есть собака породы московская сторожевая, с которой она или кто-то из членов семьи регулярно гуляют на лугу в районе улице Кутепова в микрорайоне Броды. Там кто-то и убил собаку. Рядом — многоэтажки, часто ходят дети.
По словам Инны Хитриковой, убитому псу — около полугода, то есть это еще щенок. Она полагает, что это метис немецкой овчарки.
— Я стараюсь гулять со своей собакой подальше от других, потому что мой на них агрессивно реагирует. Поэтому не могу даже предположить, кто может быть хозяином убитого пса, — сказала Инна. — Честно говоря, с таким ужасом я столкнулась впервые и даже растерялась, что делать.
Женщина полагает, что пса убили поздно вечером 22 января, потому что увидели его на следующий день. Инна говорит, что возле дерева с животным были следы собаки, а также следы от обуви взрослого и ребенка. Могилевчанка собирается обращаться к коммунальникам, чтобы они сняли, наконец, труп собаки с дерева. Возможно, обратится и в милицию.
На спецавтопредприятии подтвердили, что в случае обнаружения мертвых животных могилевчанам стоит сразу обращаться к ним. Заявки на труп собаки, найденной в районе улицы Кутепова, на утро 25 января у них не было.

1. Жестокое обращение с животным, повлекшее его гибель или увечье, совершенное из хулиганских, корыстных или иных низменных побуждений либо в присутствии заведомо малолетнего, наказывается общественными работами, или штрафом, или исправительными работами на срок до одного года, или арестом.
2. То же действие, совершенное повторно либо группой лиц, наказывается арестом, или ограничением свободы на срок до одного года, или лишением свободы на тот же срок.
