Во время проверки рейсового автобуса Гомель — Чернигов в пункте пропуска «Новые Яриловичи» украинские таможенники нашли в сумках пассажирки марганцовку, а ввозить ее в Украину запрещено, сообщают «Сильные новости».
В Украине с 2013 года перманганат калия относится к прекурсорам, в отношении которых устанавливаются меры контроля с ограничением оборота. Вызвано это тем, что украинские наркоманы наловчились использовать марганцовку в производстве наркотиков.
То ли женщина не знала об этом, то ли везла контрабанду осознанно, но в трех ее сумках были обнаружены 1360 пачек перманганата калия, по 5 г в каждой — всего 6,8 кг.

Пассажирка пояснила таможенникам, что марганцовку купила в Гомеле по просьбе знакомых и для собственных нужд, а не заявила о ее наличии, потому что считала, что это не требуется. На женщину составили административный протокол за недекларирование товаров коммерческого назначения.
Дело рассматривалось в Новозаводском районном суде Чернигова. Нарушительницу наказали штрафом в размере 100% стоимости товара с его конфискацией. Пятиграммовый пакет марганцовки в белорусских аптеках стоит не дороже 70 копеек, и за 1360 пачек украинка заплатила порядка 950 рублей (примерно 460 долларов). А украинский суд штраф насчитал по украинским ценам — он составил более 35 тыс. гривен (почти 1400 долларов).
В Беларуси для приобретения марганцовки рецепт не требуется, но препарат продается с ограничениями — не более двух пачек в одни руки.
